  • Clothing for sleeping
    • T-shirt or long sleeve (preferably light merino wool)
    • Sweat pants or base layer
  • 2x Thin socks
  • 2x Warm socks for the evening
  • Puffy / Insulated jacket
  • Wind breaker or rain jacket
  • Hat / cap
  • Tuque / beanie
  • Gloves
  • Scarf or neck warmer

Ideal Recommended Layering for colder weather:

Upper Body:
1. Bra / sports bra
2. Base layer: a long sleeve that sticks to the body ideally made of merino wool or anything warm but not too warm to make you sweat
3. Mid layer: a fleece sweater
4. Insulation: a thin puffy jacket
5. Shell: A windbreaker or rain jacket if it rains

Lower Body:
1. Underwear
2. Base layer: pants that sticks to the body ideally made of merino wool or leggings
3. Top layer: loose pants or leggings

Shoes

  • Sandals / flip flops (for the shower)
  • Running shoes / hiking boots

Climbing Gear (if you have)

  • Harness
  • ATC
  • Helmet
  • Climbing shoes

Camping Gear

  • A pillow case
  • Sleeping bag (if you have one - if not please specify in the form)
  • Extra blanket if needed (we will provide one per participant)
  • Headlamp (if you have one - if not we have extra lamps)
  • Extra pillow if desired

Other

  • Water bottle (at least 1L)
  • Day Backpack to fit the climbing gear
  • Sunglasses
  • External battery pack + cables 
  • Ear plugs / sleeping mask
  • Your favorite snacks (optional)
  • Beer/wine for the post-climbing drinks (optional) - there will also be a dep where we can stop at for some refreshments after the climb
