Returns

COURSE CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation initiated by the customer can be made up to 14 days before the trip date, in which a refund can be issued, minus purchasing fees (3% of the order total).

For cancellations initiated by the customer made less than 14 days before the trip date, we cannot offer a refund.

You may cancel a booking within 24 hours of the booking date, in which a refund can be issued, minus purchasing fees (3% of the order total).

IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER

Should the weather not allow us to climb safely, we will contact you to reschedule the course to another date.

Should you want to cancel your course instead of postponing your course, a refund will be issued, minus purchasing fees (3% of the order total).

PRODUCT RETURNS

All climbing equipment is final sale. Should you for any reason receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact emma@climbingescapes.com immediately.

For non-climbing equipment, our return and exchange policy is 30 days.

All sale items are final sale.

RETURNS WITHIN CANADA

Please reach out to emma@climbingescapes.com for any returns or exchanges.

If a return is approved, please send your item back by the method of your choice (Canada Post is usually the cheapest) along with a tracking number.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at emma.contaoe@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, shipment time for your exchanged item may vary.
