The aim of this retreat is to use the outdoors and the climbing experience to discover yourself a little more. You will learn to observe your thoughts and emotions during challenging situations and turn them into opportunities for growth.
Overcoming moments of fear and uncertainty will allow you to find courage within, and will empower you to tackle whatever life challenge you face, whether it is in your personal life, in your career, or any life goal you wish to pursue.

After two seasons of retreats, we have gotten an incredibly heart-warming response from women who joined our retreats, and we are excited to welcome you this year!
Climbing
We will climb at a charming and intimate wall at Forêt Ouareau, 40 minutes away from camp. This area offers a variety of climbs for beginners and intermediate climbers, where you can both challenge yourself climb for fun!
Yoga
We will start our mornings with yoga sessions that will prepare our mind and body for the day. We will leave the details as a surprise, but we can guarantee you that being surrounded by the peaceful nature will leave you feeling recharged at the end of the weekend.
Camping
We will spend 2 nights in Mont-Tremblant, immersed in the forest, and proximity to the lake. Facilities include a drinkable water source, bathrooms, and hot showers nearby the campsite.
Accommodation includes one bed (with mattress and pillow) in a 4-person shared Huttopia tent. A warm sleeping bag and blankets will be supplied. The Huttopia also offers heating, lighting, a table, a fridge and a complete cooking set up.

Note: Transportation is not included but carpool is available between trip leaders and participants to ensure everyone has a ride.

Hey I’m Emma!
I've been climbing for over 10 years all around the world, and have been teaching climbing in Quebec for 8 years. I created Climbing Escapes from my love for climbing, for the outdoors, and for human connection. Through climbing I learned a lot about myself and found the courage to face my fears, overcome uncertainty and tackle life courageously, no matter the risks, doubts, and limiting beliefs that go through my mind. I want to share with you this experience that has touched many, and empower you to find courage to live a life that reflects your most authentic self.

As a yoga teacher, Léonie is passionate about self-development and daily mindfulness. She loves sharing with others the tools she has learned in order to bring forth a well-balanced lifestyle. Her teaching style makes us feel at ease as she encourages us to listen to our own body, and gives us recommendations that allow us to comfortably follow the practice. Her guiding voice feeds us words that speak to the heart, creating space for us to listen to our own truth and set our intentions.
Léonie also loves travelling to discover the world and its infinite possibilities. She also rock climbs to face her fears and get out of her comfort zone. Léonie lives for precious moments in nature and meaningful human connections.
